Sardin

One of my unfavourite food in the world is sardin. (I dont know what other food I dont like though)

Yes, sardin in the tin or any form of sardin. Yuck! Me no like! Dont ask me the reason, I just didnt like it since I was small. I remembered taking a bite of sardin and I told myself that sardin is banned from my food list xD

Guess what. I had a mouthful of sardin for lunch today and I actually like it. Hahaha. I was glomping it down the throat & wanted more. So much for banning sardin. More choices of fooood for me to eat now xD

Well , mum wasnt feeling well so she cooked what she could and went to rest. You should have seen my face expression when I knew there was only sardin, baked beans & fried onion-egg for lunch -.-

The eggy finished & I was left with baked beans & sardin -.-
I ate the baked beans & the onions that came with the sardin for some time & left the sardin unattended *nomnomnom* *stares at the sardin-hmmmm*
I gave it a thought and decided to just have alil tiny bitsy piece of sardin & prayed it wouldnt taste too bad. BUT it was rather yummy. Wheee.

Wat luck

The luck that dad had on his bday. The random talk & dream that night that we will have the famous 'Monk Jump over the Wall' came true the morning after. Rofl.

So we decided eat it off , 1 week before CNY. We drove all the way to Nilai, lol. (refer to the shop's name above) The things people do for food. 8 dishes designed for 10 people where only 9 people + 1 kid could show up.

The food guilt started even when CNY is not here. ZOMG! How can we not have Yee Sang? For the record, I have 4 Yee Sang's so far @___@ I hope the number wont continue growing anymore this year. Sighs.

Oh oh, the 'Monk Jump over the Wall' ! I was looking for the Monk but i dont see it. I wander if they blended the monk into the soup xD

My favourite for the nite? The porky stuffed into the mantao! I miss it :(

My second next fav is prawnie! Yumm ~! I like the taste of the sauce that I was tempted to eat the shell itself also *licks* This time around, I had too many prawns. *burps* Kindly stop feeding me prawnie no matter how good the taste is pleaseee. *gonna die from high cholestrol & pimplessss very very soon*

Some other food we had that night inclusive of lap chiong rice, vegeeeee (me hearts brocolli) & bl00p bloop fresh fishy :)

Also we had Cordon Bleu *yum* *glurps it down* I like J

It was a good nite with good food, drink and company :)

My pitiful bloated stomach that night. *pats the growing belly* (its still growing :( ) *sighs*

[ [ PS:

1) Sorry for the picture quality. We kinda forgot to bring the camera out that we resorted to using hp xD

2) For the uber delay post cos I was too tired after work (more like lazyyy =P ) ] ]

HotSpring and Alil before

Ipoh trip!

Wow! What to say about this whole trip? Amazing trip with awesome people and yummy finger licking food with the help of annoying voice GPS that doesnt lead us straight to our destination! Somehow, it likes to lead us to highways. XD

Initially I wanted to do a picturelog on Facebook then use the captions to blog cos it takes too much time to upload pictures at two difference places but Facebook is being an ass by not letting me upload anything as usual. Not even one =.=

We spend two days in this town called Ipoh. I had the temptation of staying there longer but I have too much work to catch up on faci-ing. Bleh. Dont want to screw up something I wanted dont I?

This whole trip was attended by 5 crazy food lover. From left in the picture above, me Shan Siew Wilson. Standing at the back is Daniel. We had roles in this trip. Hoho. Sound so managed huh?

Wilson - Organiser
Shan - Food model
Dan - PR Manager
Siew - Accountant
Me - Food photographer

We left at about 7am. No jam. Just mysty mountain on the way. The trip started off with us camwhoring next to a nangka tree. If you see the picture below, you can see a stick was poked into the fruit right? Well I didnt do that. It was already like that when we took picture with the poor lil fruit. Sighs.

Our first destination was hotspring! Woot! There was only 3 groups there in the morning. We get to do whatever we want without worrying about our noise disturbing other people. Weeeeeee. Noise pollution here we come! =P

There was 4 things you musnt miss there. The hotspring park, the theraphy park, eggboiling and mountain-water park. Playing with water is really fun! Its been a while.

Relax before and tour around the park getting into the water:

This was really really hot. I just touched the water and I pulled my hand out immediately:

Far view of the hotspring park that is soon to be conquered by us. XD

Picture taking at the hotspring and alil water splashing actions:

Next pit stop was the theraphy park. Omg. The temperature was crazy hot! 40 - 43 Celcius! I was the photographer so I got away. Haha. I did try dipping my feet in but only the surface. Super boiling hot! Wahhh!! Only Dan could boil put his feet in for 2-3 minutes. Salute!

Look at how red his leg was, lobster red!!

I was bad at it and then detour to a cooler water at 30-35 Celcius.

And the moment we were excited about! Egg-boiling. Well the eggs were supposed to be our breakfast.

Our very own Egg-lady model for the day, Siew.

The first batch of eggs was 3/4 boiled while the second batch was fully boiled. I like the 3/4 ones better. Haha.

The slide, the slide! We had so much fun gliding down it. Weeeeeeeee.

SPLASH!

I miss this place already! But with crowds / kids around, we cant have all the space to ourselves. Booooo!! =P

To call it a day at the hotspring, we snacked on ice-cream bread. Homemade ice-cream! Yum! =))

Cold cravings

I was transferring photos from the camera memory card and bumped into these pictures. I didnt realise about them for a long time. Yes, it was this long that I cleared my pictures, finally.

Suddenly I miss the humongous ice-cream we three had in Rome. It was 1.50€ for 2 big scoops and the white cream. Wow! And the ice-cream tasted really really good! Organism

Look at how big they are. And how happy I was. Hehehe.

Sweet toothy sigining off. XOXO
