Since I came to Nurnberg, I seem to be amazed with ducks all the time. They are so pretty and elegant, swimming through lakes or rivers.

My usual phrase I always say whenever I see one : They're nice to look at and sedap dimakan :P

By the way try looking up at Bing, dated yesterday (22/03). Really nice background of duckies.

I was just giving suggestions but you took it the wrong way. You thought that I wanted to take advantage from you. 

I just wanted to recommend as it offers pretty results but you keep bringing up your concern of money every time. 

Come on, you can just enquire for a quotation. If it doesn't fit your budget, then don't go for it. It's not like I am forcing you to accept it. 

Yes yes, I know you're on a tight budget. Who isnt't ? 

I was just trying to help to widen your options.

I have finally started off my new hobby - Cross stitch and have chosen the motive rose.

The rose is yet complete. Expected to be completed by tomorrow.


I miss a few spots in process but yeah. No chatting and candy crushing while doing my cross stitch on my next rose and the border.

Mischung auf Ramblings

Countdown to 19 more days before class starts. Its been a long 16 days of holidays for me so far. Keeping myself occupied by keeping in touch with friends, playing games ALL day (sigh, I know its bad but yeah) and watching old movies in Deutsch. 

Addicted to this game right now, which is called Candy Crush Saga. I have been playing it so much that I don't feel like snacking on sweet stuff anymore like chocolates. That's good eh, don't you think? LOL. 

I am currently at level 80+. I am one discipline player. xD 

Recently I decided to take up cross stitch as my past time aka hobby. Well I cant just study German all day can I? Well actually I can, I did it for the last 5 months. Strange that I am still sane XD  , or so I think I am. 

March is gonna be filled with more activities. Gonna get cross stitch related items and a bike. Budget for them has been placed. Hehe. I miss cycling so much. Back home I was cycling indoor 4 days a week. Now it feels weird and amiss that I haven't cycle for 5 months. 

Spring is dropping by in a bit so a bicycle to welcome it is just perfect! Its gonna be more than 8 celcius next week! Woo hoo!!  

Initially I wanted to take up (indoor) gardening but the thought of changing the soil with potential earthworms in it gave me a second thought. I might just throw the pot away in the end. 

So about cross stitch, why I want to take it up. It helps to increase my patience and happiness (especially when the end product is pretty :)  ) . Plus I used to be addicted to cross stitch in high school. Its the next nearest thing (and way easier) to knitting and sewing. 

Oh oh, I have kidnapped a lappy. I call it "White House". I have been using the touch pad so much lately that using a mouse feels foreign to me now, somehow. On a side note, was thinking of getting a tablet. Went to an electronic store and stumble upon this. 

"MICROSOFT 32 GB Surface RT with TouchCoverr" 

I like the touch of it but I don't need it now. Save some cash for rainy days. 

Tried watching my favourite series Big Bang Theory in Deutsch but I don't understand them mostly and tend to fall asleep. LOL.

Below are movies I have watched in Deutsch. Some dialogues I can't catch though, feels left out when I can't get the jokes but it's ok. Gonna understand them one day.

Toy Story 3, Antz, Bridget Jones, Madagascar, Shrek, Along Came Polly, Singing in the Rain, The Birds, Red Dawn, G-Force, Bolt, Wall E and more. I don't seem to remember. 

Naturally, I watched some movies in English too such as Rush Hour 3, Star Wars (all 6), Indiana Jones, National Treasure, 12 Angry Man, Sky Fall, Brave, etc..   

So that's my entry for now. Probably my next entry is about my new hobby. If the end product turns out pretty, I shall take a shot of it and post it here.
