To everyone out there who's puasa-ing, HAPPY BERPUASA!! And I'll be joining de puasa moments too. Weee ~ But since I have rather BIG issues with gastric, it's rather hard if I puasa like u guys. Dont eat for 12 hours wor.
This is the way that I'll be puasa-ing:
1) Breakfast latest at 7.00am
2) Lunch - Milk & bread
3) Tea - Cup of Nestum / Milo
4) Dinner at 7.00pm - 7.30pm
5) Max of 500ml water in between 12 hours
Hehe. No chicken for me if I can for the next 1 month. ^^
