The one thing I should not eat is instant noodle. Specifically Maggi Mee. Everytime I eat it, I go into food depression state. Instead of filling my stomach, I become more hungry and have crazy food cravings. After 30 minutes of eating Maggi, I was really hungry again and feel munchy all the time. Sighs.
I know about this fact. But I still ate them for lunch just now ignoring the after-effects. Akibatnya? I am food deprived. Sobs.
