Misleading (to me)

So I went to the washroom one day and saw this. I read it.

Stil no reaction till I enter the toilet.

Huh??!! 5 floors? What the? Soo... if i slipped, I'll tergelincir for 5 floors isit??? Haa?? So scaryyy?? But there's no stairs in the washroom also to slip all the way down 5 floors pun... =_="

Adui... it's because this washroom is in the 5th floor actually...
